【庭園（Garden）】：大自然に擬して人間がつくった小自然の景観。（日本大百科全書）
人間が狩猟と採集を生業としていた時代から、科学技術の発展した現代に至るまで、生活のそばにはいつも植物の存在があります。農業や林業、我々の衣食住に関わること以外に、和歌や絵画など芸術の分野でも植物は多くの表現に用いられてきました。近年では園芸療法や植物療法といった、自然との関わりが医療に組み込まれるまでになりました。
時に翻弄されながらも、それでも尚植物と生活を共にする私たち。
本展では「植物と人の営み・共存」をテーマにした作品を展示いたします。沢山のご来場をお待ちしております。

■開催時間 11:00-19:00 最終日は17:00まで
