「しんしんそうそう」
多くのモノを手放し諦めてきた
その引き換えにかけがえのない今を私は確かに手にしている
私という人間の生の軌跡が
誰かの人生を照らす、微かなエールとならんことを願いながら
どうか安心してほしい
あなただけじゃない

再びの今を静かに立ち止まりそっと痕跡を振り返る
不甲斐なくて仕方のない心と身を繋げていく
それらを丁寧になぞって手放していく行為
そうして変容してまた新たな層へと生まれ変わる
私が重ねて描きあげる物語が、いつか誰かの物語と重なっていく
心身層層（しんしんそうそう）
それは、私たち一人ひとりの内側に、時間をかけて静かに堆積し続けてきた
心と身体の地層
この世界で、孤独に耐え、時に理不尽にぶつかりながらも
諦めずに生き続ける貴方へ、この“心身層層“の記録を捧げる
