彦坂尚嘉 HIKOSAKA Naoyoshi（1946−）
現代美術家・美術史評論家
東京都出身。多摩美術大学絵画科在学中の69年に、堀浩哉、石内都、刀根康尚、宮本隆司らとともに「美術家共闘会議（美共闘）」を結成し、反体制運動に参加する。70年より自宅の8畳間と縁側にラテックス（工業ゴム）を大量にまき、乾くまでの様子を撮影する「フロア・イベント」を開始。70年代以降の日本のコンセプチュアル・アートの先達となって、美術表現の制度そのものを根元から問い直す活動を続ける。制作の行為やラテックスが変化していくさまを、写真を使って表現する「情報アート」の試みの一環として始まった「フロア・イベント」シリーズは、その後、自室の畳や家具を移送する、またラテックスをまいている写真を使った案内状などの紙作品や、パフォーマンスの一連の流れをまとめたスライドショーへ多様に展開される。近年は、2017年に「切断芸術運動展」（東京都美術館）をキュレーションし、欧米の名画を切断して組み替える作品などにも取り組んでいる。
