人外（じんがい）は「なにもの」か。
人であるような、ないような。
曖昧な生き物で、人ならざるものたち。
◆Concept
なにものてん、2度目の開催。
このジャンルは、古くから人々の想像力を掻き立てるものであり、文学、宗教、サブカルチャーに至るまで、様々な場面で彼らは登場します。
例えばロボットやアンドロイド、獣人、亜人、悪魔、天使、擬人化など——本来は人の形でないものが、人の想像力によって人間と同等の命を吹き込まれたもの。
時に恐れ、時に愛で、人外というジャンルは不思議な魅力を与えてくれます。
このたび「人外」をテーマとしたグループ展「なにものてん2」を開催いたします。
今回の参加規程は——
「描かれているモチーフに人外部分が含まれていればOK。」
という事のみ。
作家たちが思い描く「なにもの」たちは、どんな姿かたちをしているでしょう。
※人外の解釈においては、作家様の想像の自由とさせていただきます。
